Job description

Yieldbot has built an amazing development and business team that is quickly expanding. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager who will continue to bring in top talent and ensure that they have unparalleled opportunities for growth and development. You’ll help build a best-in-class HR function, from recruiting processes to onboarding, training and review procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all recruiting efforts for all open positions
  • Research competitive salary and benefit packages
  • Develop hiring targets and plans for expansion
  • Report to founders and senior managers about hiring progress / statistics
  • Act as primary internal resource for employees with HR questions
  • Develop best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
  • Manage all internal HR issues
  • Lead development of training and career development procedures

Requirements / Experience

  • 4-8 years in HR/Recruiting
  • Demonstrated track record of building the HR function in a growing company
  • Startup experience is a plus
